Starting about ten days ago, I've been told to expect 6 packages -- one of which has arrived (it was mailed one day before it got here) .  Apparently the Xmas slowdown has hit.  *Bleah*

I may have to order Mechanical Phoenix unsniffed and hope I like it!  Oh the horror! 

I have a sudden sympathy with BPAL and other companies that have jacked up their international shipping rates.

I mailed an 8"x8"x8" box from North Carolina to Belgium today. Two pounds, nine ounces.

People call it exciting when they recieve a C&S. okay. I won't argue that. BUT..

My, how fabulous. For reasons I can't quite fathom, my bpal package was addressed to the billing address, not the shipping address (bank still hasn't changed them and I'm a tard who should always use paypal to avoid this kind of crap). So, I go to pick up mail at my Aunt's today (I don't trust apartment complexes with BPAL, and P.O boxes don't call me the very second Lab orders arrive ;D). I got there early, before today's mail came. So we sat and talked until the postal dude came 'round. He had with him a box. Box? I wasn't expecting a box...
